13th Annual Brady Berry Memorial Scholarship Tournament
Friday, May 24th thru Sunday, May 26, 2019
This is a tournament for boys and girls for the U8-U19 age group.
Every attempt will be made to keep the brackets age pure, however no guarantees.

Check in Requirements and Dates
Coaches, there are two ways to check in your teams:
- In Person: Friday, May 25th starting at 5pm
- Day of Tournament: Check in is an hour prior to your first game, no exceptions!!!
*Both locations at Tournament Headquarters (White Tent)
The following items are needed for check in:
- Copy of signed roster
- Medical Release forms
- U10 and up, will need 5 copies of misconduct reports (list all players attending the tournament in alphabetical order by their last name including any guest players)
- Guest player release forms (incomplete forms will not be accepted & the player will not be allowed to play)
- Non-roster application (for players that are not currently registered with North Texas but wish to play with your team as a guest player will need pay non-roster fee of $25)
